Urban experience, in contact with nature
This project that from the beginning had the ambition to generate a different residential experience.
An urban design that offers unique and spacious units.
6 high-rise houses, where the patios and the materiality generate rhythm and spatial fluidity.
The units are linked to each other through a semi-private central courtyard that orders the communal use, opens to external visuals and generates the connections for the different sun inputs.
Trying to maintain the privacy of the units and at the same time to open and link with the green.
